About the Role
Wingstop Canada is seeking a fearless leader to join their crew as a General Manager. This role requires a master of operations, a people leader, and a motivator to keep the team pumped, the kitchen sizzling, and customers returning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, from the front counter to the fryer, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure every wing is crispy, juicy, and packed with flavour, while delivering next-level customer service.
- Hit sales targets, manage budgets, and keep costs in check.
- Recruit, train, and inspire the team.
- Identify opportunities for store improvement and growth.
- Ensure top-tier food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Multi-Unit Leader in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong business mindset with proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability.
- People-first leadership style capable of building a strong, motivated team and creating an amazing workplace culture.
- Passion for food, flavour, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
- Ability to hustle, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
