Requirements
- Deep experience in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the stack.
- Experience leading projects or owning product areas end-to-end.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across disciplines.
- Interest in helping grow both systems and people on a mission-driven team.
