About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build eBacon's product marketing function and guide new products and features from development to market success. This hands-on role involves working across departments to ensure smooth product launches, effective positioning, and growth support. You will be the voice of the customer post-launch, reporting on performance and gathering feedback. This role requires daily use of AI tools to enhance efficiency in content creation, sales enablement, and customer research.

Responsibilities

  • Take products and features from development through sales, marketing, and operational rollout, ensuring team readiness at launch.
  • Build eBacon's launch process and go-to-market plans, including timelines, messaging, positioning, and launch checklists.
  • Coordinate with operations and support to ensure processes, documentation, and training are in place before release.
  • Deliver product demos to prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
  • Train sales and customer-facing teams on new releases and their positioning.
  • Help build and improve product webpages and landing pages, including copy, structure, and calls to action.
  • Work with design, content, and web teams on campaigns, emails, and other launch materials.
  • Maintain clear and consistent product messaging across all channels.
  • Build scorecards and dashboards to track adoption, revenue impact, pipeline, and engagement for each release.
  • Define success metrics before launch and measure results against them.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in performance data.
  • Collect customer feedback and ideas post-launch through interviews, surveys, sales conversations, and support data.
  • Report regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams on product performance and customer insights.
  • Partner with the product team to translate customer insights and feature requests into roadmap input.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate the creation of launch content, sales materials, emails, and messaging.
  • Apply AI to analyze customer feedback, survey responses, and sales call transcripts for faster insights.
  • Employ AI for competitive research, market analysis, and building scorecards and reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related go-to-market role.
  • Experience building a product marketing function or launch process from scratch.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • A track record of launching products or features across multiple departments.
  • Confidence delivering product demos and presenting to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
  • Experience building reports or scorecards and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in daily marketing or product work, with examples of improved results or efficiency.
  • The judgment to know when AI output requires human review, editing, or fact-checking.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in payroll, HCM, or construction technology (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI features in marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot AI) (preferred).
  • Background in customer research or voice-of-customer programs (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and conversion optimization (preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment contingent upon ability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the U.S. without need for future employer-sponsored work authorization.
