About the Role
Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel, is seeking a Bartender to join their Cable 55 Restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and skilled in creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately according to recipe standards.
- Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing supplies for efficient service.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor product quality and manage inventory of beverage-related items.
- Address guest concerns professionally, including managing situations with intoxicated guests.
- Comply with all regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of previous food and beverage and/or bartending experience.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must meet California’s legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
- Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation and service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Current TIPS, BASSET, or equivalent alcohol service certification and Food Safety Certification are a plus.
