About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize needs, and drive the go-to-market function for the product organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop Product Requirements: Craft the blueprint for success by taking ownership of the 'what' and the 'why,' ensuring requirements are rooted in user needs and technical feasibility.
- Create precise requirements (PRDs) that account for every edge case with a focus on making the charging experience seamless and reliable.
- Proactively use AI tools to analyze user feedback, simulate complex workflows, and identify logic gaps before development.
- Ensure High-Quality Delivery: Act as the guardian of quality, working with developers to ensure the final product matches the vision.
- Lead meticulous testing and partner with engineering to resolve technical hurdles, ensuring features are polished and bug-free.
- Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback to ensure the delivery of the right outcomes, iterating and improving with every release.
- Communicate Knowledge Internally & Externally: Serve as the primary storyteller for your product area, translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives for all stakeholders.
- Keep the organization aligned by communicating the product roadmap, progress, and strategic wins across departments.
- Create high-impact documentation and presentations explaining the value of our technology to customers and the industry.
Requirements
- Proven PM Track Record: 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, IoT, or GreenTech.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Proficiency in using AI (LLMs, prompt engineering) to accelerate workflow and a vision for how AI can improve user experience.
- Obsession with Detail: A natural 'quality-first' instinct, catching missing edge cases and inconsistencies.
- A Culture of Care: High emotional intelligence, caring about the 'human' impact of work.
- Continuous Learner: Active, documented passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a hunger to level up skills.
- Technical Fluency: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
