About the Role

Mile Marker, an omnichannel agency, is seeking a Vice President, Growth & Sales Enablement to lead sales efforts and optimize pipeline generation. This new role will focus on systematizing outbound and partner channels, converting prospects into new logo wins, and driving revenue growth for mid-market brands.

Responsibilities

  • Run new-logo pipeline management, including target list evolution, outbound sequencing, outreach content, cadence, and networking.
  • Carry and deliver a personal prospecting and net new revenue number.
  • Enhance and expand the existing partner channel, starting with adtech and private equity.
  • Own the referral program end-to-end, including partner roster, enablement materials, briefings, demos, tracking, attribution, payouts, and reporting.
  • Qualify and disqualify opportunities against the ideal client profile.
  • Run win/loss analysis to gain learnings and document reasons.
  • Partner with the CFO and senior Growth team on pricing, packaging, and compensation proposals.
  • Diversify lead sources and make them measurable, reducing reliance on referrals.
  • Represent Mile Marker at prospecting events, industry conferences, and forums.
  • Manage the sales cycle through a stage-by-stage conversion process.
  • Secure and deploy expertise and thought leadership for prospects.
  • Partner to maintain core sales assets like RFI/RFP libraries, credentials, and case studies.
  • Use Salesforce as the single source of truth for pipeline, activity, and pitch history.
  • Manage, coach, and hold accountable junior members of the growth team.
  • Influence others to instill a growth mindset across the agency.
  • Publish and enforce a stage-ownership model for accountability.
  • Partner to assemble the right approach for hunting in packs and on positioning.
  • Represent the revenue generation approach to executive leadership and the board.
  • Deliver a net-new logo revenue number in first-year net agency revenue.
  • Grow a qualified pipeline and continue momentum in lead diversification.
  • Produce partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue from a new channel program.
  • Improve pipeline coverage, stage conversion, and cycle time.
  • Sell offline insert media and measurement and technology as a standalone wedge.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in growth, business development, or enterprise sales.
  • At least 5 years leading a selling team.
  • A named track record of personally sourcing and closing agency or marketing-services engagements at $1M+ in annual net revenue from self-generated pipeline.
  • Proven ability to build a prospect/target list from scratch and manage the full nurture cycle.
  • 5+ years personally carrying an individual sales quota with a demonstrated track record of attainment.
  • Demonstrated experience building an outbound or channel track.
  • Experience developing a multi-account channel where one relationship yields several clients.
  • Experience in a media agency, marketing-services firm, measurement or ad-tech vendor, or PE-adjacent growth advisory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort in gray areas; able to sell a differentiated but still maturing technology proposition.
  • Analytical fluency with pipeline data and SalesForce.
  • Experience with outbound sales engagement/sequencing tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).
  • Experience selling to and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees.
  • Ability to build genuine internal relationships across a matrixed organization.
  • A high level of personal accountability and ability to drive results with limited supervision.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance long-term channel building with short-term revenue delivery.
  • Willingness to be measured monthly on pipeline created and revenue booked.
