About the Role
Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to manage the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure residents experience luxury living. You will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home, customizing tours to individual tastes, and following through on every lead to ensure prospective residents know you care. Saturday availability is required.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
