About the Role
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
- Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently
- Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability
- Oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
