Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
- Drives all phases of project management to include feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of projects.
- Effectively applies project management methodology and standards, and ensures project documents are complete and up to date.
- Displays cross-functional teamwork, communication, negotiation and leading across all levels.
- Partners cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
- Works with cross functional teams and influences others to work toward a common goal, regardless of resource and time constraints.
- Creates transparency and fosters relationships to adjacent teams.
- Builds a team strategy and effectively develops and leads a team of associates in pursuit of top performance.
- Operates both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Manages multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; prioritizes based on impact and makes difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines.
- Communicates effectively to create clarity amongst diverse groups from team members to stakeholders.
- Utilizes data to measure operational efficiency, team health, and partnership effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 9 years of process, project, or program management experience
- At least 7 years of people management experience
- Masters in Business Administration
- 10+ years of process, project, or program management experience
- 3+ years of operations experience
- 8+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of learning & development experience
