About the Role
Support the health and safety department and initiatives by assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate safety equipment, supplies, signage, and apparel for all locations.
- Maintain employee safety records, certifications, licenses, training, DOT documentation, and drug testing records.
- Track renewals and expiration dates and follow up with employees and managers to ensure compliance.
- Schedule required safety and equipment training with outside vendors.
- Maintain safety and worksite inspection records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; related education or experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new technology.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
