About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale business transformation and technology programs. The role will manage cross-functional teams and oversee delivery from strategy and planning through development and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Define program goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers.
- Manage scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with governance standards and best practices.
- Provide clear stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with technology partners and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement through reusable delivery assets and templates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program/project delivery, consulting, systems development, or integration.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Data & Analytics, or Cloud platforms preferred.
