About the Role
Supports, develops, and advances innovation initiatives across conceptual, incubation, and implementation stages at regional and national levels. Facilitates open innovation processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate and scale emerging solutions. Conducts research on industry trends and technologies to determine business applicability. Promotes engagement in enterprise innovation programs.
Responsibilities
- Supports and advances innovation initiatives through pilot and implementation phases.
- Researches emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate potential business impact.
- Facilitates open innovation programs, including enterprise idea platforms.
- Collaborates with regional teams to scale grassroots innovation initiatives.
- Documents and communicates pilot results to stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Guides and mentors junior innovation contributors.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
Experience Level
- 5-8 years of experience in innovation, construction operations, technology implementation, or a related field required.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Salary/Compensations
- Anticipated range dependent on location: 109,000-170,000
