About the Role
Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to support daily inventory operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, processing device shipments, managing accessory inventory, and ensuring all products are properly received, tracked, secured, and stocked.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming Verizon device and assessor shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine cycle counts
- Audit inventory discrepancies and research variances
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas
- Prepare inventory transfers between retail locations
- Ensure all devices and accessories are labeled and secured
- Maintain compliance with Verizon and company inventory procedures
Requirements
- Previous inventory, warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize systems and Excel to generate and analyze real-time reports on stock levels, sales trends, and inventory discrepancies for better decision-making.
