- Serve as the final creative quality gate for high-visibility work.
- Translate brand strategy and narrative into practical direction for execution.
- Help the brand evolve without losing its recognizability, discipline, or distinctive point of view.
- Partner with various teams to develop work that advances brand and commercial priorities.
- Translate technical or jargon-filled inputs into understandable and engaging messages and stories.
- Lead creative development from brief through production, launch, and reuse.
- Support a broad range of creative work including digital, video, print, and experiential design.
- Set the creative direction for global events, trade shows, and customer experiences.
- Shape the full experience for brand moments, including environments, stages, and content.
- Build scalable systems for regional teams to express the brand with local relevance while maintaining global standards.

- Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across design, video, operations, and production.
- Create clarity around roles, expectations, quality standards, career growth, and decision rights.
- Build a high-trust, low-ego creative culture.
- Direct a network of agencies, production companies, and specialists for overflow capacity and high-production-value work.
- Make the team more capable through strong briefs, feedback, repeatable systems, and delegation.
- Establish the creative operating system, including intake, briefing, prioritization, and review processes.
- Make clear tradeoffs among quality, speed, scope, budget, and business value.
- Manage budgets, estimates, vendor selection, and production risk.
- Build reusable templates, toolkits, and self-service capabilities.
- Help maintain the Digital Asset Management ecosystem.
- Use emerging tools, including AI, to accelerate exploration and production.
- Define and track practical measures of success for creative output and impact.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading creative work in-house, at an agency, or in a hybrid environment with deep experience in B2B organizations.
- Experience in global and highly technical organizations is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating range across brand systems, integrated campaigns, digital, video, presentations, events, and physical or experiential environments.
- Strong visual and editorial instincts.
- Ability to recognize when creative is not right, explain what is missing, and guide the team.
- Experience translating complex products, business strategies, and technical subject matter into simple, persuasive, emotionally resonant creative.
- Comfort managing budgets and making practical production decisions.
- Working knowledge of studio production, cameras, lighting, live video workflows, and editing.
- Experience building scalable creative processes across regions, channels, and levels of production value.
