About the Role
AMC Global Media is seeking an Analyst, Linear to join their Media Operations & Engineering team in New York, NY. This role is crucial for acquiring, managing, and ensuring the readiness of content materials across various brands and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, order, and validate all required supporting materials (raw artwork, raw metadata, captions, ancillary assets) from internal teams and external licensors to ensure content is complete, compliant, and delivery-ready.
- Order, ingest, and maintain digital media assets within internal ecosystems to support reliable archival, version control, and future platform expansions across brands.
- Create, update, and audit tracking documents and databases (Media Pulse, Portal, delivery logs) to maintain data accuracy, visibility, and accountability across the digital supply chain.
- Coordinate material ordering, deliveries, and confirmations with external licensors and distribution partners to keep workflows moving smoothly and resolve delivery issues before deadlines are impacted.
- Partner closely with Broadcasting & Technology, Programming, Scheduling, Standards & Practices, and Delivery teams to ensure content reaches final transmission readiness and aligns with distribution and compliance needs.
