About the Role
XTL is seeking experienced US AZ Drivers to haul freight to the East Coast from their Etobicoke, Ontario location. The company offers a stable schedule allowing drivers to be home weekly, ensuring they don't miss important life events.
Responsibilities
- Operate and drive tractors, moving freight safely and responsibly in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Maintain a safe driving record.
- Comply with XTL Transport policies and procedures while working safely.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients as an XTL Driver Ambassador.
- Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately.
- Drive dedicated routes in collaboration with the dispatch team.
- Keep an activities e-log and log hours efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
- Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.
- Collect and verify delivery instructions.
Requirements
- Valid AZ driver license (mandatory).
- 1 year of commercial Cross Border driving experience (mandatory).
- Clear Criminal search (mandatory).
- Clean Drive Abstract and CVOR (preferred).
- Fast Card (an asset).
