Responsibilities
- Drive market growth through strategy development and execution to develop new commercial relationships.
- Develop and implement departmental plans in conjunction with corporate goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to implement market strategy and manage department workflow.
- Perform management functions including hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members effectively.
- Support budget management, planning, and expenditure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the market.
- Serve as a visible leader in the market, building strong relationships with clients and community leaders.
- Drive collaboration across lines of business.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Federal regulations require Commerce Bank to prepare an investigatory consumer report which will disclose credit history.
- Commerce Bank will review your motor vehicle driving record.
