About the Role
During an 18-month period beginning November 2026, gain valuable leadership experience as a Supervisor in our Rooms department through a customized INSPIRE Program Outline. Explore multiple teams, receive guidance from a Peer Ambassador and Mentor, and showcase your skills through a Property Project, with a clear path for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Rotate between several teams across our Rooms departments (Cross-exposure).
- Develop expertise by working in one division, spending 6 months in each focus area before transitioning (Specialization).
- Explore multiple teams to understand fundamentals of hospitality and property operations.
- Undertake a Property Project to showcase skillset and innovative attributes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
- Previous supervisory experience and a strong desire to develop as a leader.
- Must already be legally permitted to work in Canada.
