About the Role

As a Catering Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of catered events, delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Hilton offers a best-in-market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward employees for their contributions to the company’s financial success.

Responsibilities

Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business.
Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience.
Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service.
