Support Talent Development initiatives, including annual Organizational & Talent Reviews, employee engagement activities, and culture enhancement programs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience recruiting for Engineering, Sales, Finance, Lean Manufacturing, and Supply Chain roles.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess technical qualifications as well as cultural fit.
Fluency in German and business-level English.
