About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Advisor to join our growing San Francisco team. We provide comprehensive support and resources, including our investment, wealth planning, trust and estate, client service, legal and compliance, business development, and marketing teams. We assist advisors with growth through various channels, including existing clients, channel partners, and organic growth efforts. Our platform offers a strong brand and reputation, with opportunities for significant career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships by providing holistic investment analysis, financial planning, tax strategies, and estate planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external advisors (CPAs, attorneys) to create tailored wealth plans.
- Acquire high-net-worth clients through various channels, including internal transitions, partner referrals, your network, and COIs.
- Leverage comprehensive internal resources such as the investment team, wealth planning, trust and estate, client service, legal and compliance, business development, and marketing teams.
- Lead client review meetings to ensure objectives and goals are up-to-date and aligned.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior client associates and emerging advisors.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
