About the Role
Doherty Enterprises, a company operating 160+ restaurant locations across NY & NJ, is seeking candidates for a Recruiting Intern position. This role is ideal for current college students or recent graduates interested in human resources and corporate recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions related to restaurant recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling job applicants.
- Post requisitions.
- Review job boards and company applicant tracking platform to contact applicants.
- Source applicants for restaurant management positions.
- Conduct pre-screens of applicants.
- Schedule interviews.
- Conduct administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Must reside on Long Island, NY.
- Able to work a 25-40 hour work week.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, quick learner, and an outgoing personality.
- Previous office experience including scheduling and phone skills.
