About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll help keep multiple client books accurate, current, and decision-ready. This role exists to ensure clean general ledgers, timely reporting, and dependable support for payroll and tax-related items.
Responsibilities
- QuickBooks bookkeeping, including journal entries and general ledger management
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Weekly payroll processing and payroll clearing entries
- Bank/credit card/loan reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Bank feed setup, mapping, and coding
- Weekly/monthly P&L reporting and comparative analyses
- Support for payroll tax and sales tax preparation
- Close support through reconciliations of payables, prepaids, and accruals
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple priorities
- Detail- and deadline-oriented with analytical, problem-solving ability
- Client service mindset with clear, professional communication
