About the Role
Otis Ford is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Car Washer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, washing, and preparing customer and inventory vehicles while ensuring they meet the dealership’s high standards for quality, appearance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Wash, vacuum, and clean customer and inventory vehicles inside and out
- Dry, polish, and detail vehicles to maintain a clean, showroom-quality appearance
- Clean vehicle windows, wheels, tires, and interior surfaces
- Inspect vehicles after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and detailing area
- Safely move and park vehicles as needed
- Report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns to management promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work efficiently with team members to ensure vehicles are completed on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous automotive detailing or car washing experience is a plus but not required
