We seek dependable, creative individuals who enjoy helping others grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills.
Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings.
Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events.
Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
A valid New Jersey auto driver's license with less than 5 points; probationary not accepted.
