About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service. As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting personnel, property, and operations during critical after-hours periods.

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents and ensure safety
Conduct routine patrols of buildings, offices, and surrounding areas
Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees and visitors
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations in a calm, professional manner
Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Provide courteous assistance and information to employees and visitors
Complete detailed incident and activity reports as required

Requirements

Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain alert and composed during evening hours
Prior security experience is required
Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles are highly encouraged to apply
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
