About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to tackle significant product challenges across consumer apps, internal tools, retail, and delivery. This role involves owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and performance measurement, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing to set product strategy.
- Write business cases for new initiatives and secure leadership approval.
- Translate needs from operations, retail, customer support, compliance, and finance into clear product requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, synthesizing findings using AI.
- Build and test prototypes using AI tools with customers, drivers, and store teams.
- Analyze data by writing SQL queries and tracking feature performance post-launch.
- Design and report on experiments, recommending improvements.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to enhance customer and operator experiences.
- Define launch criteria for product releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in at least two product areas (e.g., consumer apps, marketplaces, retail, internal tools).
- Proven track record of shipping products that positively impacted the business.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in weekly work for analysis, research synthesis, prototyping, and automation.
- Proficiency with AI agentic tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, including building prototypes or tools used by others.
- Fluency in product analytics, including writing SQL, building dashboards, and interpreting data.
- Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
- Sound judgment regarding AI capabilities and limitations, including verifying AI output.
- Solid technical background, comfortable reading code, using a terminal, and discussing technical trade-offs.
- Clear and persuasive writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar problems and commit to a direction with incomplete information.
