About the Role
Moss is seeking a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and hire top talent for tech positions, particularly in Engineering. You will report to the TA Director and join a team of five, covering all markets and roles up to C-suite.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage candidates using various techniques and channels.
- Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact to offer management, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Own full-cycle hiring for assigned verticals, partnering directly with leadership and hiring managers.
- Develop a deep understanding of supported businesses to improve hiring decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce friction in the interview process and candidate journey.
- Share sourcing techniques and hiring intelligence with the wider TA team.
- Leverage existing AI workflows and contribute to building new ones (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n).
Requirements
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-caliber, hard-to-reach candidates through direct outreach.
- Experience as a full-cycle recruiter specializing in technical roles.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily recruiting workflows (building them is a plus).
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
