About the Role
Zlayt AI is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic traffic, leads, and demo requests by owning the SEO strategy from technical SEO and content strategy to link building. This role involves collaboration with Product, Sales, and Design teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an SEO plan aligned with revenue goals.
- Conduct keyword research for legal technology, practice management, and AI topics.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including site speed, crawl errors, indexation, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Create content briefs and review articles, landing pages, and comparison pages prior to publication.
- Optimize existing web pages to enhance rankings and conversion rates.
- Implement ethical link-building strategies through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search results and answer engines like AI Overviews and chat-based search.
- Monitor and report on keyword rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions monthly.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify content and search result gaps.
- Collaborate with developers to implement on-site SEO changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content SEO.
- Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic or leads.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear briefs and reports.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
