About the Role
Customer Service/Call Center Representatives are responsible for making outbound calls and assisting donors with general inquiries and the scheduling of donations.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring a superior level of customer service is provided to all callers.
- Making outbound calls to solicit for donations.
- Verifying donor information as presented in computer system/database.
- Completing necessary paperwork to update/correct/modify any information needed.
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets of tracked information, receipt requests, and special instructions.
- Performing other projects as assigned by Supervisors.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Frequently required to stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
