About the Role
Join GHD as an entry-level engineering professional in our London office. This role focuses on assisting with civil/structural projects across water, energy, and industrial markets, helping you build practical experience in a real-world consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Support senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships.
- Participate in technical expertise communities to build expertise.
- Manage and coordinate subconsultants and suppliers within contract plans.
- Conduct engineering inspections under supervision to evaluate work quality and integrity.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environment policies to identify and mitigate risks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation.
- Develop personal capabilities through training and staying updated on industry best practices.
- Support project management activities.
- Assist in drafting responses to bids, proposals, and tender requests.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Candidates graduating after May 2027 are considered.
- Must be within the first two years post-graduation.
