About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will manage client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure projects run smoothly. You will be a primary client contact, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Draft and manage project briefs
- Coordinate project timelines
- Work with account managers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Perform quality control checks on deliverables
- Assist in preparing reports and insights for clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with marketing principles and project management tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills to assess project outcomes and improve processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
