About the Role
We are building the front door of UK healthcare, creating a future where one billion NHS appointments are transparent and instantly bookable, and patients are guided to the right service first time using AI. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll own the tooling and data that let’s Healthtech-1 scale across the NHS. You’ll work closely across the GTM teams, deploy internal tooling with AI, turn Attio into our source of truth, and build an intelligent GTM motion on top. This is an IC role, not a people management role.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Attio (our CRM), including its infrastructure, workflows and data hygiene across accounts and products.
- Own all our GTM tooling (e.g. Aircall, Calendly, Granola) and keep them running and improving.
- Build tooling yourself using AI (e.g. dashboard, maps).
- Run practice enrichment and data scraping pipelines so our data on customers stays current and usable.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking company growth, cycle targets and product adoption.
- Own reporting on practice numbers and growth trends.
- Maintain tracking so leadership always has clear visibility on where deals are at.
- Build and maintain quality lead lists for AEs.
- Support AEs with operational queries, targets and tooling.
- Help new growth hires ramp faster through better tooling and playbooks.
- Find and build automations and workflow improvements that save the team time.
- Spot friction in how the growth team operates and fix it.
- Actively look for ways to help the team drive more revenue.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a revenue operations role in an early-stage startup, where you've owned systems, data and process improvement.
- Experience with Attio (or similar CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Great with AI - you know how to leverage AI well, whilst thoroughly checking accuracy.
- Detail oriented - you’re obsessed with the detail and CRM being the source of truth.
- Love data - you can build dashboards, spot trends, and make data useful for decision-making.
- Proactive problem solver - you don't wait for someone to flag a problem; you find it and fix it end-to-end.
- Bias to action - you ship improvements quickly rather than over-planning.
- Team player - low ego, approachable and feedback-oriented; you get a kick from seeing the impact your work has on unlocking the sales team.
- Clear communicator - you keep stakeholders informed without being chased.

About the Company
- We're unlocking access to the NHS, because healthcare is not truly free until it's truly accessible.
- The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low, and the biggest reason cited is lack of access. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works.
- We operate from within a working GP practice in East London.
- We're backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and were previously ranked the 8th fastest-growing startup in the UK and 33rd fastest-growing in Europe.
- Our Principles: Care deeply, Work hard, Be your word, Trust in radical truth and transparency, Do your life's best work, Find the fun.
- We’re all NHS staff. We’re inside-outsiders. Trusted with one of the biggest datasets in the world.
- Our office is within a GP practice. This is our unfair advantage.
- We work in growth cycles. Every 8 weeks we do the same set of activities. 1 week outside of Business-as-Usual to research, strategise, plan our work. 7 weeks to knuckle down and deliver it.
- We’re highly collaborative. One of the benefits of a high trust team is we often work autonomously, but as a team we’re very collaborative by nature.
- We’re backed by industry leaders. We’re on the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, backed by the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Program, winners of the London Business School Healthtech Challenge, Innovate UK, and Y Combinator (S23).
Equal Opportunity
- We care about building a product that is loved and a culture that is rich in perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
- Our team represents more than ten different cultures.
- We want everyone in our team to know that they belong.
- We are purposeful about this and are proactively building a company that is inclusive of all people; from race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, neurodiversity, disability, colour, and national origin - essentially every type of diversity.
- We don’t just want people who fit in, we want them to fit together.
- We're active in continually improving the way we make this happen.
