About the Role
Midtown is seeking a Racquet Sports Coach passionate about helping members and fostering their love of racquet sports.
Requirements
- Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
- Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
- Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
- Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
- Have a growth mindset and are curious.
- Are passionate about helping others, see the glass as half-full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.

Salary/Compensations
- Between $65k and $85k, annually (including benefits and considering 30 hours of instruction per week)
