About the Role
The Listed Instrument Repository team is responsible for the representation of all listed financial products within the Murex platform. We own how these instruments are modeled and handled across every layer, manage their full lifecycle, and the lifecycle of positions booked on them. We build a core framework used by product teams and work closely with other development teams across Murex.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features in C++ within the listed instrument framework
- Design clean, robust, maintainable, and easy-to-use APIs for development teams
- Analyze and optimize performance (memory footprint, CPU usage, SQL queries)
- Investigate and fix client issues, from root-cause analysis to delivery of the fix
- Write unit and non-regression tests to guarantee module quality and stability
- Take part in code reviews and technical design discussions
Requirements
- Good knowledge in modern C++
- Good knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns
- Good command of SQL and relational databases
- Team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge, and working closely with other teams
- Fluent in English
