About the Role
Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company seeking talented individuals driven to be highly productive members of the team with an emphasis on integrity and learning.
Responsibilities
- Services products and equipment on assigned projects and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Diagnoses and repairs units using hand tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications.
- Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer locations.
- Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested.
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work.
- Inspects and maintains vehicles, including checking condition, cleanliness, and completing repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains equipment by inspecting for signs of wear and notifying appropriate personnel of findings.
- Documents work by completing job paperwork, including daily time, progress, duration, and maintaining files.
- Records parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources.
- Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
- Stays current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Reads and interprets product specifications.
- Provides technical support to customers.
- Works overtime and weekends as necessary.
- Travels regularly, with some overnight travel as needed.
Requirements

- Represents the company as a direct customer contact.
