About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a creative, high-energy Field Communications & Content Specialist to produce internal stories, videos, and communications that connect and educate our Global Field Organization (GFO). This role focuses on creating content that fosters field connection and community, and educates the field on wins, customers, and use cases. It's a hands-on creative role where you will manage content from ideation to final production and publication.

Responsibilities

Plan and run GFO-specific engagement initiatives in partnership with HR.
Write timely, engaging posts for GFO community channels to celebrate wins, introduce new team members, and keep the organization informed.
Build repeatable formats to spotlight field team members, such as wins of the week and milestone celebrations.
Help plan and produce community moments across the field calendar, including all-hands segments and virtual events.
Contribute content and creative to Sales Kickoff and other flagship gatherings.
Interview account teams to capture deal and customer win stories, and transform them into engaging videos and posts.
Script and produce learning videos and micro-content on customers, use cases, products, and field best practices.
Partner with Field Readiness and enablement teams to integrate content into the broader field curriculum.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear, accurate, and engaging content.
Coach on-camera talent to ensure natural and confident delivery.
Lead all stages of video production, including concept, script writing, storyboarding, directing, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
Maintain a library of reusable templates, footage, and assets that reflect the CoreWeave brand.
Build lightweight processes for consistent and high-quality content delivery.
Follow confidentiality guidelines for customer and deal information.
Track reach, engagement, completion, and feedback across channels and learning programs.
Use data and feedback to improve content formats over time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (completed or expected by start date) in Communications, Marketing, Psychology or another social science, Film/Video Production, Journalism, or a related field.
Leadership or creative experience through extracurricular activities (e.g., student organizations, student media, philanthropy, campus events).
Experience creating videos, photos, or social media content that informs and engages an audience.
Strong, energetic writer who can explain ideas simply and adapt tone for different audiences.
Self-starter and people person who takes initiative, builds trust quickly, and learns fast in a fast-moving environment.
Event planning experience is a plus.
Interest in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or technology is a plus.
This is an entry-level role for new college graduates.
