About the Role
Heartstrings Pet Hospice provides gentle hospice and in-home euthanasia care to pets and their families. We are seeking a Compassionate Veterinarian to practice meaningful medicine without the pace and pressure of a traditional clinic, focusing on providing comfort and dignity during end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Provide gentle hospice and in-home euthanasia care to pets.
- Conduct a few appointments per day, allowing ample time for listening, explaining, and honoring each pet's story.
- Practice independently on the road while receiving team support.
- Manage a self-managed schedule with options for 2 to 5 days per week.
- Choose 4 weekend days per month for personal planning.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
- Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review.

Salary/Compensations
- Guaranteed compensation ranges from $65,000 to $145,000, depending on schedule.
- Guaranteed Base Salary with NO Negative Accrual
