About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager, you will tackle complex challenges within Nelly's data and integration platform, focusing on practice data ingestion, partner connectivity, and data modeling. Your scope will extend across teams and address product-wide strategic questions.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, metrics, and roadmap for data and integration challenges, from data extraction to product utilization, linked to practice value and revenue.
- Shape partner integrations via the External API to expand market reach and support diverse practice systems.
- Define core data entities such as patients, appointments, treatment plans, and invoices, ensuring data ownership, freshness, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish measurable metrics for data and integration quality, making improvements visible.
- Maintain an end-to-end platform model and collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Possess agency and proactively address critical problems beyond immediate scope.
- Thrive in a high-velocity environment, making bold yet reversible decisions and providing direct feedback.
- Demonstrate a business-outcome orientation with a data-driven approach to prioritization.
- Exhibit technical fluency in APIs, data models, data flows, and system integration.
- Utilize AI for faster prototyping, analysis, specification, and direct shipping of smaller features.
- 7+ years of product management experience.
