About the Role
Working closely with our Product Design Lead, you'll be the dedicated UI specialist in our design team, shaping the look, feel, and shipping of nyra health's myReha and nyra insights applications across iOS, Android, and web. You will build upon the existing Figma component library and collaborate with brand designers, frontend engineers, and founders.
Responsibilities
- Bring pixel-level polish to every screen, state, and platform of myReha and nyra insights.
- Turn flows and product direction into polished, buildable screens, considering layout, typography, color, iconography, motion, and edge states.
- Design using the existing Figma component library and tokens, contributing to its evolution.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure design-to-code parity and that shipped products match designs.
- Ensure WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards are met in all screens.
Requirements
- Demonstrated senior-level UI craft with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of UI quality on a shipped product.
- Experience shipping digital products across mobile and/or web.
- Strong Figma skills including components, variables, auto-layout, and shared libraries.
- Ability to work as a peer with frontend engineers, understanding constraints and implementation.
- Startup fit: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
- Mission fit: motivated by designing for patients in recovery.
- Daily use of AI tools in design and delivery work.
- Fluent English and at least B1 German language proficiency.
