About the Role
DPR Construction is seeking two Senior Project Accountants to support complex and high-profile projects in Texas. This role offers a partnership with leadership, providing critical financial insights to drive project success, ownership of financial performance, and guidance on strategic decisions impacting profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manages moderately complex project accounting activities, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and revenue recognition.
- Reviews project budget, costs, reports, and forecasts.
- Analyzes project financial performance, identifies variances, and recommends corrective actions.
- Collaborates with project teams to resolve accounting issues and support project delivery.
- Ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Supports less experienced team members with project accounting issues and provides technical expertise.
- Implements process improvements to enhance project accounting efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
Experience Level
- 4 - 6 years of experience in project accounting, financial management, or a related field preferred.
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $77,259.00- $112,850.00
