Responsibilities

Calculate HLS projects in new construction and existing buildings.
Determine quantities and create offers.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor prices.
Manage measurements and additional claims with project management.
Hand over calculations to the execution team.
Maintain calculation approaches and experience values.

Requirements

Master/Technician in HLS or degree in HVAC engineering.
Several years of experience in HLS calculation or project management.
Proficient in TGA calculation software.
Junior project managers with calculation experience are also welcome.
German language proficiency at least C1 level.
