About the Role
You will be the first impression for patients, supporting the team at the reception desk during peak hours and providing flexible coverage at other Berlin locations during absences. This role offers variety and the opportunity to meet the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Support the reception desk in Prenzlauer Berg during peak hours.
- Undertake holiday and sickness cover at other locations, ensuring smooth practice operations.
- Warmly welcome patients and coordinate practice flow.
- Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally.
- Manage prescriptions and administrative processes.
- Work with modern practice software, consistent across all locations.
Requirements
- Experience interacting with people in settings such as a practice, hotel, reception, call center, or service industry.
- Flexibility to work at various Berlin locations and provide short-notice cover.
- Organizational talent and composure during busy periods.
- Enjoyment of communication and genuine empathy.
- Proficiency with PCs; experience with practice software is a plus but not required.
- Very good German language skills.
