- Processing bookings from direct customers (B2C) and travel agencies (B2B)
- Participation in trade fairs and end-customer advertising in the German market
- Office organization and management at the Berlin location
- Coordination of flight bookings for long-haul travel
- Processing customer feedback
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a tourism agent or basic commercial training
- Professional experience in booking and sales, ideally with a tour operator in the (river) cruise sector
- Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and reliable personality
- Structured, independent, and precise way of working
- Team-oriented approach across locations in Germany and Switzerland
