About the Role
We are seeking to expand our team with 35 hours per week to create a place where children and their families feel welcome, and where everyone interacts with respect and on equal terms. This role involves supporting children's development, planning activities, and collaborating with parents.
Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for the most important members of our society.
- Supporting children in developing their own abilities, observing and documenting developmental steps.
- Planning and integrating various activities with and for the children, such as excursions and long-term projects, into the daily routine.
- Engaging in dialogue with parents and guardians, recognizing them as partners in the educational process.
- Contributing to the continuous development of our Kita and participating in shaping the facility's concept.
Requirements
- Competence as a state-recognized educator or an equivalent qualification according to the Kita legislation of the state.
- Ability for open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.
