  • Work with the Aftermarket Sales Director to develop a compelling regional vision and strategic plan for sustainable, long-term profitable growth.
  • Develop a robust pipeline, embed effective funnel management and provide clear customer, market, competitive and voice-of-customer insights.
  • Contribute to annual operating plans for order intake and margins, while maintaining close alignment between CPI and HTC manufacturing facilities and regional Howden offices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Global Product Leadership and the wider Baker Hughes team, sharing market trends and identifying opportunities for new products, solutions and services.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in aftermarket reciprocating compressor products and services, or comparable rotating equipment.
  • Strong understanding of reciprocating compressors and the ability to interpret technical data, drawings and customer requirements.
  • Commercial acumen and experience developing customer relationships, opportunity pipelines and profitable growth within the Middle East.
  • Strong analytical capability, with a willingness to develop further knowledge of application engineering concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional, international teams and balance the needs of customers, manufacturing sites and regional stakeholders.
