About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement new app features using Dart and Flutter to achieve high performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with experienced developers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver new components and features.
- Implement impactful features to optimize UI/UX and conversion rates.
- Directly shape team processes through regular agile retrospectives and define acceptance criteria for feature sign-off in coordination with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile development, with at least one year in Flutter development.
- Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
- Solid understanding of structuring complex frontend logic.
- Create well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively ensuring code quality.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in working in an English-speaking environment.
- High autonomy and self-responsibility: Motivated and independent work style for implementing complex features with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills: Transparent, honest, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player: Active knowledge sharing, inspiring other team members, and focusing on achieving team goals.
