About the Role
Join a family-run general contractor in Berlin as a Senior Site Manager for turnkey construction projects. You will lead your own team of site managers and foremen, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to the development of the Berlin branch.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple turnkey construction projects regarding schedule, costs, and quality.
- Lead and develop site managers and foremen.
- Control target-actual comparisons and manage execution planning.
- Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients.
- Participate in bidding and acquisition processes.
- Develop the Berlin branch.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience as a Senior Site Manager or highly experienced Site Manager in turnkey construction.
- Proficiency in VOB (German construction contract procedures) and execution planning.
- Leadership experience with site managers or foremen.
- German language skills at C1 level or higher.
