Lead a team of estimators for Berlin-based projects at a general contractor with a substantial project pipeline.

Responsibilities

Lead the estimating team both technically and disciplinarily.
Manage resources and prioritize bids.
Ensure the quality of structural engineering calculations.
Assess technical and economic risks.
Train and develop estimators.
Advance processes, for example, using 5D methods.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Construction Technician.
Several years of experience in structural engineering calculation, ideally with a general contractor.
Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership.
Very good knowledge of RIB iTWO.
German language skills at C1 level minimum.
