About the Role

As a Content Multiplier at Rosental Organics, you will be responsible for exponentially increasing content output using AI-driven methods. Your focus will be on producing a high volume of diverse, brand-compliant, and data-tested assets for E-commerce at scale, transforming single pieces of content into multiple variants for various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce and multiply photo, video, and motion content for Paid Ads, Social, CRM, and E-commerce, focusing on performance and testing volume.
• Shoot and photograph content quickly and hands-on, covering UGC, Product, Lifestyle, and Studio end-to-end without assistance.
• Build a scalable AI workflow to transform raw material into dozens of testable variants, including hook iterations, cutdowns, format adaptations, context changes, voiceover variations, and motion loops.
• Develop high-performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, and CRM, optimizing for Hook Rate, Watchtime, CTR, and ROAS.
• Integrate at least 3 new AI tools annually into our stack, replacing older tools as newer, more effective ones emerge.
• Analyze performance dashboards, extract insights, and translate them into new variants and hypotheses on the same day.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Content Production for D2C/E-commerce, Performance Marketing, or a highly dynamic growth environment.
• Proven track record with strong Paid Social cases (Meta, TikTok).
• Portfolio showcasing real performance results (Hook Rate, Watchtime, CTR, ROAS) and examples of asset multiplication.
• Ability to independently and quickly learn new AI tools.
• Proficiency in shooting, photographing, and editing (≥ 85% of the process).
• High-level skills in Sony/Canon, Studio Light, Natural Light, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Deep understanding of Meta Funnel logic (Hooks in Sec. 1, Pattern Interrupt, Pacing).
• Ability to create 50+ assets from a single shot without compromising premium aesthetics; AI output must not appear artificial.
• Skill in translating data directly into creative decisions in a structured, direct, and reliable manner.
• German language proficiency of at least C1.
